By accessing or using Octo Trade (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available where prohibited by law.
3. No Investment Advice
All signals, analysis, staking opportunities and content provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
4. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency trading and staking involve substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only invest funds you can afford to lose.
5. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the Service or its data without permission, abuse the API beyond your rate limits, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octo Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Octo Trade is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
